Dave
Creamer
A mortgage banking executive for 30 years, Dave Creamer is the former chairman
of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp., a leading provider of financial services to
the global commercial real estate industry and is now known as Capmark
Financial Group Inc. Creamer began his career with the residential mortgage
unit of GMAC Financial Services in 1972. He became the first president of GMAC
Commercial Mortgage Corporation when it became a stand-alone subsidiary in
1994. Creamer has served on the Fannie Mae Housing Impact Advisory Council and
is a former governor of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

Fletcher
Russ
Fletcher has more than 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, with
special emphasis on market research, business analysis and operational
streamlining. He has extensive expertise in technology problems and available
solutions for financial institutions. Russ has helped client banks throughout Latin America overhaul information systems departments
and automate key financial processes. He continues his consulting on the use of
technology for achievement in both the business and political arenas.Russ holds a bachelor's degree from MIT and an

E.J. "Jake"
Garn
Jake Garn is a former mayor of Salt Lake City and three-term (1974-1992) United
States Senator from the state of Utah. He flew as a NASA payload specialist on
space shuttle Discovery flight 51-D in 1985. In 1992 he received the
prestigious aviation award, the Wright Brothers Memorial Trophy. Garn served as
a pilot in the U.S. Navy and is a retired brigadier general of the Utah Air
National Guard. Currently, he is managing director of Summit Ventures, LLC, and
serves on the boards of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Advisors, BMW Bank of North
America and Franklin Covey.

Thomas P.
MacManus
Tom MacManus is executive vice president and a member of the Capmark Financial Group Inc. (Capmark) executive and management committees. MacManus oversees and coordinates operations and is responsible for technology, risk management, U.S. banking, strategic planning, facilities, communications and marketing. MacManus joined Capmark (formerly known as GMAC Commercial Holding Corp.) in 1997 as a senior vice president for correspondent lending and later served as CEO of its North American Operations which included the national sales network and most of the organization's lending platforms. He holds a M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson and a B.S. from Rider University. Before joining Capmark, Mr. MacManus had 17 years of experience in the banking industry.

Geoff Thomas
Geoff Thomas dedicated over 30 years of his career to working for GM and GMAC
in various financial and management roles. In 1994, Thomas retired from his
position as chairman of GMAC Mortgage Corporation. Over the course of his
career, Thomas served as a director and member of the Executive Committee for
GMAC and a director and chairman of GMAC Capital Corp. He also held positions
as chairman and president of GMAC Mortgage Corp., GMAC Mortgage Securities and
GMAC Mortgage Securities II.
